Leadership training, also referred to as CIT's (counselors in training) is designed for boys & girls entering 10th grade. This program is for those who would like to learn how to become a counselor at camp. |

| The
training program consists of 20 hours each week during which they
work directly under the supervision of a senior staff member. Participants
travel through various age groups of campers looking for the division
they are most comfortable in. They learn techniques used to help
children enjoy their summer at camp. Participants develop valuable
life skills such as leadership abilities, responsibility, creativity,
and good work ethics.
When
participants are not working with their groups, they are enjoying
recreational time with our teen camp. During this time, they travel
with the teen camp enjoying special events, field trips, & various
