A ONE-WEEK SLEEPAWAY CAMP IN NORTH CAROLINA!

Woodland on the Go & Weekend Getaway

A unique one-week sleep away camp experience for boys and girls ages 8 & up.

We are looking forward to another week of fun and new adventures at our sleep away camp in the beautiful mountains of Hendersonville, North Carolina. 

This trip is scheduled for Sunday, August 15 - Saturday, August 21.

CLIMATE: The elevation in the area of Hendersonville allows for a cool and invigorating climate. Temperatures during the day are usually in the 80’s and in the evenings the temperature ranges from the high 60’s to the low 70’s.

MEALS/HEALTH & SAFETY: Camp Woodland serves three delicious, well-balanced meals, as well as, snacks each day. Please notify the Camp Director of any special dietary needs your child has.

The health and safety of each camper is our primary concern. A hospital is located nearby and the Woodland staff is available for your child’s needs 24 hours a day.

ACTIVITIES & PROGRAMS: The mountains of North Carolina provide an environment that helps to relieve the stresses of everyday life. Throughout the week campers gain independence,
new skills, and improved self-esteem.

Some of the activities and special programs include:

Swimming, Wave-running, Tubing, Sports, Fishing, Talent Night, Campfires, Arts & Crafts, Ping Pong, Archery, Boating, Dances, Singing, Tennis, Apple Picking, & more!

Most importantly, this trip offers our campers "Everlasting Memories."
